How do I cancel?
Any time, effective at the end of the term, with no retention or discount offers. You find “Cancel contracts here” in the footer, and it works without signing in. Subscriptions from Google Play or the App Store are cancelled there, where you bought them.
What happens to my data if I switch to Free?
Nothing is lost. All workouts stay in your history and export. Routines, timers and exercises above the Free limit stay usable and editable. You just can't add new ones until you're back under the limit.
What does Lifetime mean?
Pay once, no subscription: nothing renews and no further bill comes.
How does VAT work?
The prices shown include VAT. On the web you buy from Paddle, who sells as reseller, handles the tax and issues your invoice.
Which platforms does Pro cover?
Pro belongs to your account and works on the web and in the apps. Purchases go through the website. App store purchases will follow later; subscriptions bought there are managed in the respective store.
