Terms of Service

1. Service

Yabso ("the Service") is a workout-tracking application provided by Yabso.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has consented to your use.

3. Beta status

The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, data may be reset between releases (we will warn you before doing so), and uptime is not guaranteed.

Track your important workouts elsewhere as a backup until the Service exits beta.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.

Do not upload illegal content via the avatar or notes fields.

Do not create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or rate limits.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the workout data you log. You grant us only the permission needed to host it and show it back to you.

We do not sell your data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not use it to train AI models.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Data & Privacy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for more than 24 months.

On termination, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided as is. Yabso is a tracking tool, not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before changing your training program.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; if we change them materially we will notify you at the email on file at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

Continued use of the Service after that date counts as acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
